Senate President, Bukola Saraki has denied any knowledge of the fake documents for a Sport Utility Vehicle (SUV) bought in his name. scandal

Saraki, who appeared before the Senate Committee on Ethics and Privileges on Monday said he was not an importer and knew nothing about the agent or any clearing company.

Speaking further, the senate president said, “It is important that I clear my name, the documents are there and none of the documents are in my name.

“I believe that this process is good and further strengthen our institutions. We will come and go, we must protect this institution.”
