How Chaz B, popular Rhythm FM presenter died (His last words)

Popular On Air Personality, Charles Bruce Chukuma, famously known as Chaz B of Rhythm FM  died in the early hours of today, Saturday, November 22, 2014.

Until his death, the popular OAP hosted a daily show called “Sharing Life Issues with Chaz B”, which aired on the Rhythm Radio Networks (nationwide) everyday.

The popular show tackled the many life issues of listeners from marriage, work, low self-esteem, and sexual abuse to name a few.

Chaz B , who was was in mid 50s, hosted his show yesterday, but had to excuse himself at a point during the show, confirming he was a little weak and needed to rest.

He then asked Chike, his colleague to takeover. His last statement on air was; “see you on Monday”.

His last tweet, dated October 29, 2014 reads: ‘Don’t look for God in the sky, look within your own body.’…

Chaz had suffered from kidney illness for a while. In 2012 he successfully underwent kidney transplant surgery and returned to work after a long sick leave.

Chukuma, hails from Delta State, Nigeria. With over 20 years of experience in the Hospitality Management Industry of the United States of America, Chaz B consults on management turned around the hotel and entertainment sectors in Nigeria.

An ex-student of Kings College, Lagos, he had an Advanced Business Management Certificate from North Technical Education Centre in Florida and an Associate of Science Degree in Hotel, Travel and Tourism Management from Miami Dade Community College (North), Florida, USA.
