Well the Gambian president has joined the bandwagon of those criticizing the U.S government for legalizing gay marriage across the country.
Even though he made this comment a month ago, it seems apt in the current situation.
In a report, he was quoted to have said, “If you are a man and want to marry another man in the country and we catch you, mo one will ever set eyes on you again and no white person can do anything”
Then he added, “If you do it here, I will slit your throat.”
