The residence of the Director of Media of the All Progressives Congress’ Presidential Campaign Organization, Mallam Garba Shehu, has reportedly been surrounded by a team of security operatives.
The well armed operatives were said to have encircled the residence located at area 11, Garki Abuja, as early as 5:35am on Thursday, February 12.
Punch newspaper, says it got wind of the development around 6am, through a call by one of Shehu’s colleagues at the Atiku Media office.
He said: “Security men have surrounded the residence of our director, Mallam Garba Shehu in Area 11. They came in several vehicles. I cannot make out which of the security services because it is still dark here. None of them has said anything about why they are laying siege at his house.”
The reason for the siege on the house of the opposition party’s campaign director, is believed to be connected to the interview organised on CNN with the presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress, (APC).
Every where is now looking like Sambisa forest to Jonathan who, like a dying horse, is throwing a few feeble kicks in the air.
CHANGE is all we need to end this intimidation of the opposition by the ruling party PDP. Is now time to openly kick them out of Aso Rock for a better Nigeria.
