The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has released, in a statement on Tuesday, said all hurdles to continue the recall process of Senator Dino Melaye (Kogi West) has been removed, and now the process will continue.

Also in the statement, INEC said it would release a revised timetable for the process.

A Federal High Court in Abuja had dismissed a suit filed by Melaye, challenging the process of recalling him from the Senate.
