Some hackers from a branch of Anonymous Group have threatened to release an alleged sex tape involving Iggy Azalea if she doesn’t apologise to Azaelia Banks.
Though Azalea denies the existence of any such tape, the feud between the two have been going on for the past two years and has escalated in a bitter online battle since the start of the month.
However, on Wednesday, December 3, Banks started the latest feud by criticizing Azalea for not caring about black issues following the grand jury decision not to indict the NYPD officer involved in the death of Eric Garner and all hell have been let lose.
It got worse on Dec. 19 when the Australian wrote, “Special msg for banks: There are many black artists succeeding in all genres. The reason you haven’t is because of your piss poor attitude. Your inability to be responsible for your own mistakes, bullying others, the inability to be humble or self control. It’s YOU!”
While Banks herself fired back at Azalea, an anonymous Twitter handle took the “212” singer’s side with some sinister threats later on Friday night.
“@IGGYAZALEA, you have exactly 48 hours from now to release a statement apologizing to @AzealiaBanks and the protesters in NYC…” one of the threatening tweets from the @TheAnonMessage read. “You are guilty of misappropriating black culture, insulting peaceful protesters, and making light of Eric Garner’s death…There’s an X rated tape of you, we bet you’d certainly don’t want public, are we right? @IGGYAZALEA….and this is nothing. Comply or else.”
Shortly after the threats, the account was suspended by Twitter, but another message was subsequently posted from an Anonymous backup account.
“It’s okay everyone, we’ll be back. We just have some stuff to take care of,” the message read.
This is rly stupid
I mean these hackers are probably getting this idea from the Sony hackers they think they can do whatever they want now.
