Bauchi APC vice chairman changes his mind, reverses resignation

Apparently, his integrity does not matter anymore…

The Vice Chairman of All Progressives Congress for Bauchi South Senatorial District, Musa Adamu, seems confused and doesn’t know what he wants.

Adamu has reversed his decision of last Friday to resign from his position.

He had earlier on Friday announced his resignation as the party’s vice chairman.

Adamu announced the reversal of his resignation when he addressed journalists at a stakeholders meeting in Bauchi on Saturday.

He said his decision to make a U-turn resulted from intervention of stakeholders from the Bauchi South Senatorial District.

“After tendering my resignation letter, members of the state executive council of our party rejected it and prevailed on me to withdraw the letter because I did not consult any of the stakeholders before taking such decision.

“I have decided to withdraw my resignation today because I have seen reason to do so based on the intervention of the stakeholders and based on my respect for the party and people of the zone because I am not representing myself alone but the people of the seven local government areas under my zone,”
