The meeting is believed to be in line with the budget padding allegations leveled against the speaker by a former chairman of the House committee on Appropriation, Abdulmumin Jibrin.

Dogara arrived for the meeting at 2:15pm.

Personal assistant to the President on New Media, Bashir Ahmaad confirmed the meeting via a tweet on his Twitter account.

Speaker, House of Representatives, Hon. Yakubu Dogara visits the Presidential Villa, and currently in a meeting with President Buhari.
