In spite of the barrage of criticisms that trails his foreign travels, the President of Nigeria, Muhammadu Buhari, seemingly remains unperturbed.
After recently returning from the United Arab Emirates (UAE), President Muhammadu Buhari may soon proceed on a series of trips to foreign lands.
According to Sahara Reporters, the President is expected to travel to Addis Ababa, Ethiopia and Nairobi, Kenya before the end of January.
In February, President Buhari is reportedly scheduled to visit Paris, London, Qatar and Saudi Arabia for official visits.
Furthermore, the report states that the frequent trips may be taking its toll on the President and some of his close aides are said to be worried about his health.
A Presidency source was reported to have said that the president’s personal physician, Dr. Suhayb Sanusi Rafindadi, is always by his side during and after public events on foreign and sometimes domestic trips.
