The trial of Bukola Saraki, at the Code of Conduct Tribunal, resumes on Thursday.
The Senate President is facing a 13-count charge bordering on alleged corruption and false declaration of assets.
Saraki’s attempt to stop the trial from proceeding hit a snag after the Court of Appeal in Abuja, refused his request last week.
Like his first two outings to the tribunal, Saraki was accompanied by several senators, to the tribunal.
