Following reports that it is charging prospective youth corps members the sum of N4,000 to print call-up letters, the National Youth Service Corps, has stated the reason why the fee is being paid by the corp members.
In Abuja, on Wednesday, 10 September, the scheme explained that the N4,000 fee for printing of call-up letters on-line was for the services and infrastructure of the collaborating firm.
NYSC recently went into partnership with a private company, “SIDMACH Technologies Nigeria Limited”, for the full computerisation of the orientation and mobilisation process.
According to the Director General of NYSC, Brig-General Jonhson Olawumi, contrary to allegations, the money was not going to the NYSC, nor was it entering the coffers of the Universities of the corps members.

Do they get the printers from space?
That is thuggery and they are rogues
Tell them I said so.
