A law firm Ucheomumu Law Group, LLC has filed a lawsuit against SPAGnVOLA Chocolatier, the Government of Ondo and governor of the Olusegun Mimiko.

Documents gotten by online news medium Sahara Reporters show that the lawsuit was filed in the Circuit Court for Prince George’s County, Maryland, USA.

The suit alleged that Mimiko and the Ondo state government entered into a partnership agreement SPAGnVOLA for the supply of raw cocoa beans to the state.

The documents show that SPAGnVOLA reneged on its agreement with Ucheomumu which led to the lawsuit.
