The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) has won in all the 16 Local Government Areas and 177 wards in Saturday’s Local Government Elections.

• The All Progressives Congress (APC) had on Thursday announced it would not participate in the elections.
• Five political parties: the Action Democratic Party, National Democratic Liberty Party, Peoples’ Democratic Party, People’s Party of Nigeria and the Social Democratic Party contested in the elections.
