Fifteen people died yesterday when a truck ran into a Toyota Sienna bus at Oji River in Enugu State.
The fatal crash occurred along the old Enugu-Onitsha expressway on Friday.
According to Ebere Amaraizu, the Enugu State Police spokesman, the police evacuated about 15 bodies at the scene of the accident.
Amaraizu explained that the driver of the truck lost control of the brakes.
The driver of the truck has been arrested, while the police has commenced investigations into the incident, according to the police spokesman.
