A video being circulated online has continued to cause outrage as it shows a boy of about 2 -years-old uttering extremely vulgar words.
The young child, who’s seen wearing diapers, is being encouraged by unseen adults to use foul language and he naively does so.
The video has been brought to the notice of child protection officials in Omaha, Nebraska in the United States where the incident occurred.
