The veteran actress celebrated her birthday on the 19th of July, to the joy of many in the industry as she received many well wishes and compliments. 

Kate popularly known for her roles in big films like When the Sun sets, A million tears and more recent ones like Chief Daddy has been in the industry for over two decades, with pairs like Uche Jombo, Ini Edo and Rita Dominic.

Rita Dominic Hosts Star Studded 50th Birthday

The actress hosted family and friends to a celebration of her 50th birthday, which happened a week ago. 

With a star studded guest list of celebrities like Genevieve Nnaji, who she has been friends with for decades, to big brother star, Beauty Takura, actress Lydia Forson and many others, the party was the talk of the weekend. 

Popular Nollywood Actor Tom Njemanze Dies At 75

Actor Tom Njemanze popularly known for his role in “Osuofia In London” has passed away from a battle with prostate cancer. 

His death was announced by movie producer Stanley Ontop on Friday 18th of July, to the condolences of many. 

Tom’s acting career started back in the 1900s and is well known for his perfect portrayals of the characters he played. 

Big Brother 2025, “No Zero, No Minus” Premieres on July 26th

Popular reality show Big Brother Naija is set to premiere a new edition on the 26th of July, 2025 and expected to end on the with a grand finale on the 5th of October 2025. 

The stakes for this season are higher, with a 150 million Naira grand price, the 10th edition of the show will be the celebration of a legacy.

Mr Eazi Releases New Music

The musician has a new song out, titled “corny” and the charming song is the perfect song for lovers who enjoy playful confessions to their partners. 

The release of the song also came with a music video.
