The Supreme Court has given a landmark judgement against the current Taraba State Acting Governor, Garba Umar.
The highest court in the land approved the removal of Umar and ordered that, Abubakar Danladi, the impeached former Deputy Governor to ailing Danbaba Suntai be sworn in immediately.
Mr. Danladi was impeached and replaced with Mr. Umar shortly before Governor Suntai had the air crash that has left him somewhat incapacitated.
