The Supreme Court has ordered the Court of Appeal to pass judgment on PDP Ondo governorship candidacy tussle.

Presiding over the hearing, acting Chief Justice of Nigeria, Walter Onnoghen struck out ten motions filed against the lower court by Biyi Poroye.

Onnoghen directed the Appeal Court to immediately proceed with the case.

The Supreme Court also awarded a cost of 250 Thousand naira against Biyi Poroye and others that filed the motion.
