So President Muhammadu Buhari on Friday reacted to a statement made by his wife, Aisha Buhari in an interview on BBC Hausa that she would not support his re-election in 2019 if things continue the way they are.
Buhari while reacting in Germany said, “I don’t know which party my wife belongs to, but she belongs to my kitchen and my living room and the other room.”
Buhari further said, “So I claim superior knowledge over her and the rest of the opposition because in the end I have succeeded.
“It’s not easy to satisfy the whole Nigerian opposition parties or to participate in the government.”
Well, Nigerians on Twitter are wondering what “the other room” means.
