“We will not betray trust and we will not let those who betray the trust of Nigerians go scot-free except the ones we don’t know,” says President Muhammadu Buhari.
The President had stated this when he paid a courtesy visit to the Emir of Katsina. He declared that the anti-corruption war isn’t intended to victimise anybody.
“We are not out to victimise anyone but we are bent on ensuring justice,” the President added.
We assume Femi Fani-Kayode, who was released by the Economic and Financial Crimes commission yesterday following monies spent in running the campaign for Buhari’s 2015 opponent, is paying attention.
