Alex Otti, candidate of the All Progressives Grand Alliance in the Abia State Governorship election has been declared the Governor-elect by the Court of Appeal.
The court ruled on Thursday that incumbent Governor, Okezie Ikpeazu of the Peoples Democratic Party, to vacate the office.
The swearing-in of Otti was also ordered by the Appeal Court.
