The All Progressives Congress (APC) in Ondo State have postponed the visit of President Muhammadu Buhari to November 10.
This was disclosed on Tuesday by APC Publicity Secretary in the state, Abayomi Adesanya, at a press conference in Akure.
Buhari was expected to visit the state on November 3 to campaign for the party’s governorship candidate, Rotimi Akeredolu.
Adesanya said the visit was postponed due to the president’s “tight schedule”.
He said, “The president wants to be present at the campaign rally in person.
“This is due to the economic importance of Ondo State in the development of Nigeria.”
