President Muhammadu Buhari has moved into the presidential villa and today is his first day in the office.

Today the president went into a meeting with service chiefs who arrived the villa shortly after he got in.

This would be the second time that Buhari would be meeting with the service chiefs since he assumed office.

Vanguard reports that shortly after Buhari arrived the office at about 10am Monday morning, he also went into meetings with the vice president, Yemi Osinbajo, some presidential aides and some staff of the Villa.

He is expected to make some announcements on appointing ministers soon.
