Nigerians have been reacting in shock to the removal of Muhammadu Sanusi II as the Emir of Kano. The State Secretary to the Government, Usman Alhaji on Monday, March 9 cited Sanusi’s disrespect to lawful instructions from the government as a reason for his dethronement.
