Two of Muhammadu Buhari’s classmates – former president of the Court of Appeal (PCA), Justice Umaru Abdullahi and former Inspector-General of Police, Ibrahim Cooomassie – have opened up on the kind of student that he was.
In a chat with Leadership Newspapers, they disclosed that he was head boy and loved to play football during their days in school.
1. While we were in school, Buhari was the Head boy.
2. He loves playing football. We were all close friends in school.
3. After we finished secondary school, General Buhari decided to join the military.
4. Buhari and some others had the best results during our final examinations in secondary school back then.
5. He was a very brilliant student in school, no doubt; we attended the same school from primary to secondary school.”
The controversy over whether or not the presidential flag bearer of All Progressives Congress (APC), General Muhammadu Buhari (rtd) sat and obtained the school leaving certificate may have been put to rest as his former school confirmed custody of his result.
If the best result is what we were shown, then there is a problem! Yesterday the school filled out what Buhari filled in the form he submitted for the army (and of course he missed out the F9 in Maths and others) and presented it to us as his result. Ok, Kosi wahala, but telling me that he is a very brilliant student and one of the best is very questionable in Nigeria of today! Don’t say this when my Kids are having straight A’s like a piece of cake! And not to mention that syllabus and exam curriculum are quite quite harder and advanced this day. In the land of the Blind, one eyed man is really a king! But hey! This is the whole Nigeria he wants to preside and not some caliphate.
Pls Mr or Mrs ABC, kindly post your father or great grand father’s WASC school cert results of the same period of time GMB sat for his examination. Let us compare & contrast. But if u can’t do that, pls kindly post GEJ School Cert result or give us links to his PhD degree thesis or journals. I can bet it with u, GEJ PhD is honorary, after making monetary donations to a faceless institution, as usual.
