Embattled lawmaker Abdulmumin Jibrin says the House of Representatives will never open up its budget to the public due to the systemic corruption in the lower legislative chamber.
Jibrin, who stated this on Saturday in a series of tweets via his official Twitter account said the House of Reps has received budgetary allocation of N1.27trn in the last ten years.
He added that the running cost system was designed by Speaker Dogara as Chairman House services in the 6th Assembly.
