The former Chairman of the House of Representatives committee on Appropriations, Abdulmumin Jibrin on Monday apologized to the All Progressives Congress, APC for supporting the emergence of Yakubu Dogara as Speaker of the House against the wish of the party.
He made the apology via a series of tweets this morning while continuing his budget padding anti-corruption ‘crusade’.
Jibrin recounted how he walked out of a meeting even after the party’s chairman, John Oyegun asked him to sit down.
Jibrin also said he regrets his role in the emergence of Dogara as Speaker and was ignorant that he was making a mistake.
