The management of National Hospital Abuja have confirmed the death of Gordon Obuah, former Chief Security Officer to ex-President Goodluck Jonathan, The Punch reports.
The spokesperson for the hospital, Dr. Tayo Haastrup, said Obuah died in the Accident and Emergency Department of the Hospital.
“I can confirm the you that the man died yesterday (Thursday); his corpse is in the morgue. He was brought to National Hospital but died about 4:00 pm. He died in the Accident and Emergency Department because he couldn’t survive the attack. In essence, he died the same day he was brought to the Hospital,” Haastrup said.
