South African Singer and music producer, Kgaogelo Moagi popular known as Master KG has had quite an eventful week. After having been snubbed by the South African Music Awards last year, the Jerusalema hitmaker finally got recognised by the awards organisers and awarded as this year’s International Achievement Recognition recipient. Just days after his globally acclaimed and loved hit song Jerusalama became Diamond certified in France.

Music Business Worldwide broke down the different certification levels in France, writing that one sale counts as 150 streams. Master KG receiving diamond certification means that Jerusalema surpassed 35 million streams in the country.
