An APC chieftain, Ekiti, Engr. Kayode Ojo yesterday, asked those calling for President Buhari’s resignation to desist.
Ojo stated this in Ijero Ekiti on Friday, saying the president could not resign on “mere sickness”, however, that the protests are constitutional.
According to Daily Trust, Ojo also declared his intention to vie for the governorship seat of the state in 2018.
The governorship aspirant urged the citizens to support restructuring that would bring positive changes and not those that will cause cleavage in terms of ethnic and religious compositions.
