Ministerial nominee, Senator Heineken Lokpobiri has been seamlessly screened by the Senate.
Senator Heineken was the second nominee to be screened on Thursday after Rotimi Amaechi.
When he mounted the podium, Senate President, Bukola Saraki, asked Senator Heineken to educate the Senate on environmental rights in relation to the Niger Delta area.
After answering the question and speaking further on environmental issues, he was asked to take a bow and leave.
