A Youtube video shows police officers at Garki police station turning away a victim of Domestic violence.
In the video, a male officer could be heard telling the abused woman to return home and come back in the morning when another officer will be available to look into the matter.
An argument ensued between the police officers and another woman, who later identified herself as a lawyer with an unnamed non-governmental organisation.
The lawyer argued that the abused woman had been to the police station to complain twice, yet no statement was taken from her neither was her husband arrested.
The woman was said to have been battered and thrown out of her home by her husband.
The police officers however, said that 9 pm was too late to take her complaint, with one brash male voice telling the abused woman to go to court if she had a case.
