The Senate has summoned acting Chairman of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC), Ibrahim Magu to appear before it for screening on Wednesday.
Magu had been nominated by President Muhammadu Buhari last year.
The upper chamber however rejected the nomination due to a report by the Department of State Security (DSS) which indicted him of corrupt practices.
Magu had denied the allegations against him.
Buhari had also nominated him again before embarking on his London vacation.
