America has been taking hits from different directions in the past couple of months. From Hurricanes Harvey, Irma and Maria, to the Las Vegas shooting, America has not had a breather in a while and unfortunately, their President has not risen to the occasion.
Take Puerto Rico for example, Trump has managed (as only he can) to say all the wrong things to the crisis-ridden Island: “Your hurricane isn’t a real catastrophe like Katrina”, he said. He also tweeted this:
The Mayor of San Juan, who was very complimentary only a few days ago, has now been told by the Democrats that you must be nasty to Trump.

And the latest in the series of ill-advised comments Trump has made about the Island that is part of America is: “You’re throwing our budget out of whack”

Evidently, no one throws empathy to the wind like Trump. Curiously, it’s empathy Trump displays when he speaks of the Las Vegas shooter.
