Young Nigerians – and Africans- are excited about The Future Awards 2017. The award recognises outstanding contribution in the year under consideration. Last year, the awards caused a bit of disappointment for those who did not emerge winners, Omojuwa had to write a motivational message saying “every nominee is a winner”.
This year, Chydee has made his predictions. Will they win?
Really wanted to do a piece on The Future Awards nominees and who I think should win for each category, but didn't get round to it. So before winners start emerging, see my predictions. #TFAA2017

Person of the year.
Top nominees for me are Wizkid and Iyin Aboyeji. But I think Iyin should win it. Man co-founded Andela, and Flutterwave – the first a giant that is helping develop world class developers and the other is changing how payments are made in Africa. #TFAA2017
