Wife of President Goodluck Jonathan, Dame Patience Jonathan gave her last speech as the first Lady of Nigeria today at the Aso Villa Chapel.
During her speech which is more like a testimony, she revealed quite a lot but we picked these three things.
1. She claimed she always campaigned for her husband during the day, yet flew out to Germany for treatment at night. According to her, she was even sneaked out of the country to Germany for surgery in January 2015.
2. She however got her miraculous healing immediately after her husband lost the 2015 Presidential election.
“I went through four different hospitals in Germany for the test and they returned a verdict that it was no longer necessary to do the surgery,” she said
3. She thanked God for making it possible for her and her husband to leave office healthy and alive.
