The Conveners of the Bring Back Our Girls group, Aisha Yesufu and Oby Ezekwesili on Friday led 2,000 disengaged Immigration officers to stage a protest at the Aso Rock Presidential Villa.
The officers who were disengaged after completing their mandatory training are demanding to be reinstated into the Immigration Service. The protesters however did not get what they wanted – an audience with President Muhammadu Buhari and a solution to their request – they were instead ignored leaving a number of them to pass the night outside Aso Rock gate.
