The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has named Mr. Jimoh Ibrahim as the flagbearer of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) for the November 26 governorship election in Ondo State, The Punch reports.
The commission also named Mr. Alabi Ebenezer Omotayo as his running mate.
Mr. Ibrahim emerged the candidate of the Ali-Modu Sheriff faction of the party during its primaries, while Mr. Eyitayo Jegede emerge for the Ahmed Makarfi faction.
