With the increased pressure and queues experienced at fuel stations across Nigeria, an unfortunate incident has occurred at Forte Oil Filling Station located on 21 road, Festac, Lagos, which lead to the death of a man and subsequent breakdown of law and order.
It was learnt that trouble started when exasperated civilians had a disagreement with police officers at the police station, over an undisclosed reason.
The disagreement resulted in a fight and led up to the shooting of a black marketers.
However, it is uncertain if the black marketers were shot by a police officer or a civil defense official.
As it is, angry youths are said to be causing commotion in the area, burning tires and cars, and blocking roads leading to the area.
