“Nothing great will ever be achieved without great men, and men are great only if they are determined to be so.” ― Charles de Gaulle
It has been a bit over 200 hours of determination, bravery, courage, massages, medical check-ups, non-stop music and no sleep from one great man –DJ Obi who has stood firm to battle all odds to make history.
At 7.30 am this morning, the valiant disc-jockey matched and surpassed the 200-hour-Guinness world record for the longest marathon club DJ-ing set by Polish DJ, Norberto Loco.
He is now looking to set his own record of 240 hours which would see him finish by 11.30pm on Saturday, July 2 2016.
