The trial of the Senate President Bukola Saraki and his deputy, Ike Ekweremadu for forgery began in a Federal High Court in Abuja on Monday.
Saraki, Ekweremadu alongside two other principal officers of the Senate are accused of forging the standing rules of the Senate to aid the emergence of Saraki as the president of the Senate.
