Zamfara State governor, Abdulaziz Yari has said the national convention of the All Progressives Congress (APC) was being delayed due to the illness of President Muhammadu Buhari.

3. US SENATOR MCCAIN DIAGNOSED WITH BRAIN CANCER

Senator John McCain has been diagnosed with brain cancer, his office announced on Wednesday.

The statement released said the 80-year-old lawmaker underwent surgery to remove a blood clot from above his left eye last week and tests “revealed that a primary brain tumor known as a glioblastoma was associated with the blood clot.”
