Former Senate President, David Mark has been declared by the Independent National Electoral Commission as the winner of the February 20 Benue South Senatorial District Re-run election.
Mark polled a total of 84, 192 while his main challenger, Daniel Onjeh of the All Progressives Congress had 71, 621 votes.
The result was declared by Prof.Ishaku Enigi in the early hours of Sunday morning.
