The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission is presently interrogating the Director-General of the National Agency for Food and Drug Administration and Control, Paul Orhii.

TheCable reports that Orhii is being questioned by the EFCC over alleged contract scam and abuse of office.

A source at agency disclosed to TheCable that Orhii arrived at the Wuse, Abuja headquarters of the EFCC at about 9am on Monday, August 3.

The NAFDAC boss, who was said to have honoured the invitation of the anti-graft agency, is accused of awarding contracts to companies he has ties with.
