Buhari attends first Jumat prayer in Presidential Villa

President Muhammadu Buhari attended his first Jumat service inside the Presidential Villa, Abuja, today, Friday, June 26.

This was also the first time a Jumat service would be held in the premises.

The National Mosque, Abuja, was where all former Muslim Presidents and Vice Presidents, attended Jumat prayers.

Before relocating to the Villa last earlier in the week, Buhari had taken part in three Jumat services at the National Mosque.

Today’s prayer was led by the State House Chief Imam, Abdulwaheed Suleiman.
