It was reported earlier that the Peoples Democratic Party aspirant in Lagos, Jimi Agbaje, said that the South South region has the capability to shut down the economy, if President Goodluck Jonathan does not get re-elected.

Agbaje stated that due to Nigeria’s over-dependence on crude oil, the region may hold the country to ransom if the president loses the election.
