It’s easy, sometimes to say.
For some others, not easy for me to enforce.
While it seem to me that society for getting to yes at the detriment of its denial, a ‘no’ clears through the noise, sticking only to what I truly want.
It’s fine to remind myself that I can say it, stick with it, and be fine.
