Former Niger Delta militant leader, Government Ekpemupolo, also known as Tompolo, has been given one week to appear before the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC).
Tompolo is being investigated by the EFCC over his involvement in the fraudulent sale of land worth N13 billion to the government.
Head of Operations at the EFCC, Iliasu Kwabai, had invited Tompolo to appear before the Commission in November but he failed to turn up.
Tompolo has now been given a second chance to appear at the EFCC premises on Thursday, December 17th.
The anti-graft commission says it’s either Tompolo shos up for interrogation in a week’s time, or he’d be declared a wanted man.
