12 people and dozens injured in a simultaneous gun and suicide bomb assaults on Iran’s parliament building and the tomb of the republic’s revolutionary founder, Ayatollah, in a rare attack in Iran.
A third attack was foiled, CNN reports.
ISIS has since claimed responsibility for the attack.
The attacks on the Parliament has, however, subsided.
