Ahead of the All Progressives Congress (APC) gubernatorial primaries in Kebbi state, the party has assured aspirants a transparent polling process.

Speaking on Wednesday in Birnin Kebbi, during a visit by Alhaji Sule Sami, a governorship aspirant to the party’s secretariat; Chairman of the state’s APC, Alhaji Attahiru Maccido, said; “We would work on what the voters or consensus suggest during the primaries”.

Maccido called on the electorate in the state to rally round the party and support its candidates at all levels during the 2015 general elections.

The APC proised to address the nation’s challenges of unemployment and insecurity if it won the polls in the state. It stated that the state needed competent and credible government that would listen and provide for the needs and aspiration of the electorate.

The party called on the electorate to register and collect their voter cards, to avoid being disenfranchised.
